Do you think I can get into Georgetown University?

Hello there, I'm currently going into my sophmore year at a public school that's in the top 5% in the country. I finished the year with a 3.93 gpa( 7 A's and 1 B). Ever since I saw the college on my family vacation two years ago, I knew that I wanted to go to Georgetown.
For my sophmore year, I'm taking honors english and honors world history, chemistry 1, law and justice, racket sports, french 2, latin 3, and algebra 2.
I do a lot of volunteer work and extracurriculars. I'm in French Club, Latin Club, Track and Field, and I've been in tae kwon do for almost four years(I have a second degree black belt).
I haven't taken the SAT's or ACT's yet, but I did take the PSAT's(preliminary SAT's) in my freshman year. I got a 164 and the average for a junior is a 147, meaning I beat 75% of the juniors. According to my PSAT score report, it said my equivilant SAT score would be a 1640.
So do you think these qualities give me a good enough chance to get into Georgetown? If it helps in your decision making, I plan on studying law or psychology in college. Thank you so much for your time!
