Do you think House from House MD is a narcissist or shows anti-social behavior?

I think his character s just depressed and unconventional, he's a genius so it's hard to deal with most people and treat them like equals. what do you think of his character? I was just wondering because I'm watching the first episode of Season 6 and the Psych ward manager or whatever calls him a sociopath. I haven't watched every season
