Do you think compact bulbs should be labelling their bulbs saying they contain mercury?

I just read that they emit harmful UV rays, and since I have sensitive skin I am going to go back to regular bulbs. But I also read they contain mercury. There are no warnings on the bulb saying this and possible exposure to mercury, why not?
