I've heard more about them than usual lately. What are your opinions?
People site House Bill 645. Thomas.loc.gov seems to be jammed up so I haven't had a chance to read a copy or see if it ever became public law.
Tom, it might be a good idea to add the declaration of independence & the bill of rights to your personal library.
