I don't at all unless its All Star cheer leading or what ever its called because your COMPETING . Cheer leaders for schools and such don't compete they cheer on other teams there just a support system . So what if you can die or you can get hurt you can get hurt in any sport and not just in sports . And you can die from gymnastics and other sports to .
Competing is the all star thing so yeah basically any one who competes deserve just as much credit sports wise as any other sport
Also there are plenty of ways to die
