I think it would all depend if the partner of the porn actor or actress was a jealous person if so then yes it could ruin it, also they could feel that they are not as good as the partners that the actor or actress is working with, and there is also that fear of an STD or HIV. However some couples get a kick seeing there partner sleeying around with someone, exploring new things also they know whos sleepying with who theres none of that hidding and seeking around, also lots of the time these people realize its just a business and nothing really else.
