...to be a someone.? Over the past 100 years or so , art appears to have become anything that anyone says is art. Even a blank wall or a empty piece of space has been called "art".
Who ,if anyone , has the right to decide what is "art" , are there limits on what should be accepted ,or can anything and everything ,simply be considered as good or bad art?
