Do you think Arsenal is England's Ajax?

in terms of honing and selling players to big clubs.
I think if we don't win anything this season ,we might lose 2 players in summer.Recently Toure has come out openly saying he is not sure about his future in Arsenal.
I always considered Toure to be one of the most loyal Arsenal players, and even he is not sure say's a lot about Arsenal.
Gallas and Toure are not in talking terms and they are supposed to be senior players in the squad.
Arsenal miss a kind of player which other Big 4 can boast about.
Terry for chelsea , Gerrard/Carragher for Liverpool and Giggs/Scholes/Neville for Man united.
Do you think it's right for Wenger to say "Arsenal Players Need Not Be Friends, Just Professional"
Doesn't this affect Team Chemistry.
Can you tell me one Arsenal player who you could say confidently that he will stick with the club until the end of his career like the other players I mentioned above?

Arsenal player who will stick with Arsenal? Good Question, but this may be a problem as long as Arsenal is not winning trophies and not willing to match top salaries paid by other clubs.

As for team chemistry, I remember Teddy Sheringham and Andy Cole was not talking to each other at all and they both still scored loads of goals for Man U and won the league too.

Hehehe are you serious... Ajax produced on of the best player in the world, while Arsenal is ''producing'' average players!!!!

Nothing like them. Almunia, Walcott, Sagna, players being friends doesn't matter as long as they do the business on the field. This is not the 50's, 60's or 70's where everyone went for a beer at the local pub after the game or hung out at the same nightspots.

lol.
no they're not.
they are still the club that buys the big players.
but they seem to get smaller and smaller each year

They are not wrong. Plus you are comparing them to players who are already playing for their dream clubs, those players won't think about "leaving their friends to be professionals."

3 kinds of players exist in the world today:
1. Who play to be professional: Gallas
2. Who play to live their dream: Gerrard
3. Who play for fame: Ronaldo.

World is harsh, truth is the truth.

Nope, can't name any. But look at Arsenal's history, how many players ended their career here that stay with us for a long time? No one. So I guess you're right. But if we can't get into CL next year, we cannot afford to bring in new ppl as our revenue is cut short by alot

from style of play Arsenal are very similar to 70's Ajax when they are attacking,, quick counter attack, through ball to the penalty box, and finish it with an easy tap in.

i don't know what's wrong with Toure recently. a month ago he said he wanted to stay in the club for a long time. but just yesterday he is considering to move to another club.

about Fabregas moving to Barcelona i think the media just make it a huge news. i believe he will stay in the club for a long time.

other than them,, players like Rosicky, Almunia, Clichy, and Nasri i think they will retire as a Gooner. Denilson and Walcott also have a good chance. oh and Eduardo too.
