Do you think an 02 Jeep Wrangler with 44,000 mi on it will last 5 years?

I am thinking about buying an 02 Jeep Wrangler Sport convertible from a dealership willing to finance it for me. I need it to last me 5 years with no major problems. it will be my daily car. Do you think it will last me till 2014?
