defense? I would think so. A woman defending herself against a rapist needs to not only fight very hard, but also very smart. She needs to attack with full force and precision, as well as hitting her hardest.
I agree but why should a guy not fight smart too to protect himself? Guys always want to muscle everything. Someday there will be someone bigger and stronger......
anybody in a self defense situation needs to use their training intelligently and efficiently and fight hard till the threat is neutralized (not necessarily dead).
