Hazing is another term for a form of violence, and the fact that it continues so unchecked even by coaches only demonstrates how violent our society really is. Do you disagree? If you've got no time to read the above article, the teens at a NM training camp thought it would be "fun" to welcome their younger new recruits by ramming broomsticks into their rectums. The coaches who found out about it after-the-fact didn't even report the obvious assault. What's sad is that now authorities are only "considering" whether there should be charges made against the aggressors as well as the adult coaches! You think I'm just being a wimp about it? You think hazing is just "fun" and some way team mates bond? Explain yourself because it makes little sense to me.
caitlynodwyer: Your attitude only shows you how habituated people have become over what is VIOLENCE. You don't "bond" to someone by being violent the person.
