learning difficultie in court? i am a bit concerned about the news today the lady with learning disabilities going to court because the doctors say it is in her best interest to be steralised

i was thinking these girls with for example severe cerebal palsy, surely having a period each month helps to safeguard the girl a bit from rape

so if they steralise them will there be periods
