I don't go to all you can eat buffets because the food usually sucks. Poorly prepared, cheap ingredients, prepackaged and full of preservatives. In my town, buffets are on the hot list with the health department due to their inability to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. One inspector had a rat run across her foot while she was checking under a steam table.
