trial as apples & oranges? Thinking about it misconduct in public office should carry some deterrent, this is wartime, the security of the people has been harmed further by 'democracy', perhaps when the full facts are presented the replacement system transparency will let the people decide, at worst it will identify a training issue or could it attract the wrong element(s) towards responsibility?
