I am terrified of going to bed by myself in the woods. I will drag anyone with me so I won't have to spend a night alone. In addition, I believe UFO's and UFO abductions are real, and I believe in demons and evil spirits. Unfortunately, I can never seem to get someone to come with me opening day of deer season. So my joy of hunting is diminished by the fact that usually my night before opening day is an ordeal of terror with my eye wide open all night, with one arm icy cold because it's out of the sleeping bag and on my loaded rifle. So I tend to pray a lot. But I notice something. I have five friends I camp out with. And when they go to bed, they go to bed. Now two of my friends are outright atheists. But three are Christians. And I have asked them, how can they go to sleep and not say their prayers? I am Catholic, and our prayers are already written down for us, so you know them by memory. So I say The Apostle's Creed, The Confetor, Hail Mary, Lord's Prayer. The Memorare, etc and so on. Takes me a good 10-15 minutes. But I never see my friends praying. They go to bed. Boom. Out. So yes or no, do you pray when you go to bed in camp?
