Do you say the authors name when giving an informative speech?

I have a good quote to you as my attention getter for my informative speech but after i say the quote do i say the others name? do i say it before the quote? do i work it as a whole sentence like " author unknown said it best when he said " life is like a box of chocolates....." or should i say " life is like a box of chocolates author unknown"? or do i just say the quote and leave it like that?
FYI the author of my quote is unknown..
suggestions pleeeeease!
