Hi could you help me with this cartoon?,The cartoon was japanese.It showed a small boy with dark hair which was a menace.It did all supid stuff and he was getting everyone angry.It was a series of episodes.I think he has a baby sister.It was pure humor and always made me laugh.Unfortynately that's all i can remember.Do you remember the name of the cartoon?
