president with no preconditions? I've noticed that Obama supporters being interviewed are now saying that there would have to be some sort of preparations or they avoid answering that question all together. This is what McCain is against, not the low-level meetings that always go on.
 
I didn't remember the exact quotation. I looked it up, and yes, I think that's what he said.
