ok, so I had Dell laptop and its broken now 
they said they will charge me £100 to fix it and remove the viruses and there is a chance that it cant be fixed. So I thought to myself it maight be better to buy a new one, but I am within a bugdet and looking to spend no more than £250-£300 but i couldnt find any normal laptop around this price and saw this mini samsung laptop which it looked great, but again would mini laptop gives you all the features you want in a normal computers ? i know it doesnt have cd drive but i wanted it to be basic!!!!! what do you advice me ?
do you recommend me buying a mini laptop or a normal laptop?
someone told me mini laptop are designed for kids is this true ?
Sorry I really dont know about computers but need one to connect with family friends, emailing browsing etc..

I had my old laptop for 3 years so it is oudated...the virus is too bad that I cant even use the internet or anything else
