What you are describing is weather, however the average temperatures of the earth will very slowly start again to decline even with elevated C02 readings. Weather as is climate is constantly changing. Alarmists want you to believe that Man has caused this warming period or helped it along. Simple fact of the matter is that C02 follows warming and does not predate it.
