If you have a Check Engine light on, and after diagnosis find out it has DTC P0137 and/or P0420 codes stored, keep reading. Some 2002-07 Aerio models are having the downstream O2 Sensor being soaked with oil at oil changes. A good shop/technician knows that will ruin the part. Easy money for them!!!
*NOTE* If you have had the oil changed at the same place since you have owned the vehile, such as "life-time" oil changes with the dealer, you may find them responsible for full repairs. Expect a fight!
