im really new at this but i was wondering if you have to upload the files you download like torrents, is there a ratio or anything?
do you need to upload with newsgroups

No m8. You dont have to upload but if you find anything that is useful then upload it as its all a sharing game
If your isp doenst provide a free service, yes you have to pay.
If your isp does provide a free serivce it still is a good decision to pay for a premium service. (better retention, better speeds, better completion, less downtime etc)
but you have to be really careful when you upload stuff into your isp server.
I would not upload any stuff on isp server.
