do you need to put bedding in crittertrail Y's lazy lounging room?

i just bought crittertrail Y and it comes with a lazy lounging room. I belive it does but my parents don't.
i just bought crittertrail Y and it comes with a lazy lounging room. I belive it does need bedding in the lazy lounge but my parents don't. what should i do
