Do you need to jack up a 2004 Honda Pilot to change the oil?

2004 Honda Pilot EX-L. Do you need to jack it up to change the oil? I'd rather do it myself, but other than the jack in the trunk (no way I'm getting under that vehicle with only that holding it up!), I have no ramps or jack stands.

OK...obvious answers aside...anyone who actually has a Pilot or works on them and knows where the drain plug and oil filter actually are...
