in History of Art? Someone once told me that all you need is an A Level in History...you don't need an A Level in Art..but I am not sure. Is this true?
You'll most likely need to have studied art. In history you don't study much to do with the history of art but in art at gcse or A level you'll not only be drawing/painting but studying the theoretical side of art as well.
