I currently work at a Tony Romas restaurant as a dishwasher but i would like to try and get promoted to a lounge position. Not to sound gay but the guys that I have noticed who work there or as cocktailers aren't ugly so does that say something or is physical appearance that big of a deal?
Do you need to be good looking in order to work in a restaurant lounge?
