...after a debilitating injury? I had a serious injury requiring surgery and am still not physically recovered - lots of motion lost in my arm and wrist (this is still ongoing with the chance of needing further surgery) and still quite painful. I'm wondering what you need to do to go back to work as so far I have been offered nothing and I'm finding tasks at work mentally and physically diffcult still - not to mention still not having my own workspace back and having to make do with different desks and chairs/computers etc every day. Does anyone know what the procedure is? Any input is very helpful and appreciated. Thanks.
Do you need to be assessed by anyone occu health/HR before going back to work...
