Do you need to be 18 to go to a basketball game and bring someone younger?

I am 14 and I won tickets to a blazers game, my mom and dad can't go so I was just gonna bring my brother-whose 8, is that ok? Or do I have to be 18?
It is at the rosequarter in Potland, Oregon
