do you need internet to replace/remove tiles on the samsung rant?

okay, i have the rant & when i had internet i could change & remove tiles on the carousel. but now that my dad took the internet off (ugh) everytime i try to change a tile it says unable to install _____ tile. do you need internet? & if so, is there any way you can do this without the internet?

..Sounds like you need the internet, maybe ring samsung?
