I want to sell my designs online and want to know if I need insurance. I will be the only actual employee... other than that I will hire models for photo shoots and fashion shows. I will be getting my clothes made at a clothing manufacturer in LA. I'm not sure if they require me to have insurance to work with them... they require you to pay 70% up front.
