My husband has the HTC Hero (Sprint) however he hasn't signed into his email account on his phone. His internet (data) isn't working, he always receives some message about (name and password incorrect). So is this because he doesn't have an email account on his phone (it's a Google phone), or is there a bigger problem? It has been rebooted 3 times!! Still no internet!
