My friend and I have a lot of experience with animals, and already know how to groom them and handle them. Would we be able to use a garage? It is a nice, heated garage, it's not dank and nasty. We have the resources to start this and are very excited about it. Any other information you have would be greatly appreciated. We live in Ohio.
Do you need a permit or anything to groom animals?
