Do you need a micro SD card to transfer music on an LG Bliss from your PC?

I have an LG Bliss (UX700) and I want to transfer music from my computer to the phone on a USB. For the life of me I cannot figure it out. Please HELP! I think I might need an SD card but I dont know!
