Do you need a diet plan to get big at a gym ?

Bodybuilding is 85% nutrition. Eat 1 of 2 diets:

3 weeks of 36 raw eggs per day, 6 every 3 hours. Boil them at 135 degrees for 5 minutes to neutralize the avidin and any salmonella.

or

5 meals a day of nothing but meat, eggs, and greens. You can cook the eggs. Drink plenty of water

Take a vitamin.
