T Tony New member Feb 24, 2011 #1 i have at&t and my old phone broke.. At&t is now selling iphone 3gs for $50 and i think my 2 year agreement is up.. and i have a question do i need to get the $15 data plan with the iphone 3gs or can i just get it with out it?
