Take my hand and walk with me for awhile
I haven't much time before I leave here today
There is so much I want to tell you and even as
I feel your sadness in my heart I can only look in
your eyes and see that wonderful moment when
we first knew we would be together.
You came to me last night and even though my mind
was lost in a confused direction you took my hand and
guided me back to the path so I might see you just one
more time before I had to leave.
Don't let go not just yet I want to know you were here today
and we felt the need for one more warm embrace to help us
through the night.
Now the time closes in on the darkness and I must leave you here
today so I may go and prepare a place for us .
 
It's so incredibly sad, but it's good and you can feel that it has a lot of meaning.
