I tried
To run
From the person
Who gave me
These scars
Who tore me
Inside and out
Who is my
Cancer
But who is
My cure
The one who
Let's me be
Myself
But who makes me
Cover up my
Pain
I tried to run
To the ends of the
Earth
But it's hard to run
From the one
Causing pain
When the one causing pain
Is myself.
