Do you like this idea for a restaurant?
Italian.
Not fancy but definatly not like a fast food place. Classy casual.
Serving italian food, and traditional italian deserts/pastries.
Paintings on the walls and ceiling of Italy, the collusium, etc.
The inside theme in Deep red, brownish yellow, tan, and maybe a little dark green here and there.
Me being chef anf owner.
This isn't set in stone yet, just a dream. I plan to go to culinary school.
