NEVER CRIED

I never cried
Not once
Never
Then I became
Older
Wiser
More intelligent, some might say
But then, I cried
I cried, I cried, I cried.
I cried a lot for the things I thought about
For the things I knew I was so, so scared for
When I was living in the moment, I stuck my head up high and smiled, laughed, but never cried.
I watched the people around me cry, but never understood.
Now I know that they had achieved a level of maturity that I had not yet experienced in that time of life.
They had shown love
They had shown loyalty
They had shown they had understood when I didn’t
I was too young to understand my feelings
But now I do
I cry
I love
I understand.
I REMEMBER
 
I'd just work on the repeating. You're repeating what you're saying in every other line.
 
very nice, actually yu have alot of Talent, uhmm, post a few more Q's with poems, so i can read them, but idk id suggest sending them to your local paper or a website :) it is Very intellectual, very nice job. (Y)
