Do you know where there are any drum major camps you can go to?

I'm a freshman and I want to be a drum major for our marching band senior year. Is there any camps you can go to in California near sacramento area? Please let me know! Thank you so much!

oh and do you know any websites than can teach you how to direct your hands?
