I saw this cartoon like 15-20 years ago. I think you can classify it under musical cartoon? The main character is named Michael. He goes to a music school where he meets a girl named Lora who likes him. He seems not interested in anything around him. Somehow, he magically? transfers to another world or a smaller world? He meets a girl/flower named Florance. They seem to like each other. They go on a journey full of adventure, music and romance. They don't talk much. It's either dancing or running from evil creatures. He finally returns to the real world with new determination and performs on a concert. The story is filled with famous music pieces.
