It was a book about how in 2050 or something there are laws against drinking, football, and people had to take anger pills. It was all to keep people safe and have 100 years of perfect health. The main character has a father in jail for anger issues and the boy has 1/3 strikes left before he follows his fathers footsteps. So he is in a track race (with spongy pads and guards all over his body to keep him safe. If he took them off that would equal a strike.) So he gets into a fight and gets his third strike. I think the book was orange (not all sure) and it was called Rush or something. Do you know the book or the author?
