Do you know the title and author of this Christian novel?

I am looking for the title and author of a christian novel about a painting of Christ on the cross. Everyone who looks at the painting sees themselves in the crowd of people around the cross. Someone told me about it and I am trying to find the book.
 
I don't know if this is it, but it may be something to check out.

Is it in any of the books in the "Left Behind" Series? That sounds like it could be something in one of the the books in the series.
