I would say it's around 70-80s, It might have been aired the early 90s. I have no idea. It's either Chinese or Japanese, maybe Korea.
I think the movie is about a man during the Mid-Evil era, who goes on an adventure or chases after his love one. I believe he is escorted by a panda bear. He finds the woman he loves, but the lady he is chasing is surrounded by magical white snakes that carries the lady off a cliff and flies her to a castle or something. I also think the man falls off or stumbles off the cliff as he chases the lady.
