...alert than a question? The following warning has been issued by Ali Taylor, Head of Welfare, Battersea DH. The information needs to be passed to many people as possible.
Cocoa mulch supplied by 'Target' is sold as a garden mulch. However following several dog fatalities over the last 2 - 3 weeks please check you haven't used it in your garden.
It contains the ingredient 'Theobromine' which is lethal to dogs and cats who unfortunately like to eat the mulch because of its chocolatey smell.
The labelling information is apparently dubious and does not fully warn of this danger.
Please pass this on to as many people as you can
