Do you know of rts games where you have to build your own army on the 360.?

Also I am not talking about games like comand and conquer. Games where you chose the weapons they are using and you get to keep them from battle to battle. Has to be teen or lower for the rating. I already have endwar just to let you know. Can be on pc too.
