Do you know of a good college that has photography & architecture courses?

Would you recommend the University of Washington in Seattle? I want to go somewhere that has a big city but is still a good environment for someone who is just getting out on their own. And is a university not a community college. And maybe even offers a program in another country for a semester.
 
I know this sounds far fetched but why don't you apply to McGill university in Montreal Quebec? It's not expensive, they have great resources and will help you settle in. Montreal is also the nicest city in north america and a great life experience
