My 1993 Ford Ranger (3.4L, V6, automatic) shakes when I accelerate at a normal pace, like it's having a hard time getting enough power. When I floor it, the shaking isn't as bad, but still sounds unhealthy, like it's sputtering. I know it's old, but if I can fix it, I'd like to keep it around.

Just hit 200k miles, about 50k on rebuilt transmission.
