I don't mean common nicknames, like Jake for Jacob or Livvy for Olivia. I mean really unusual nicknames that make you wonder how on earth the person got that nickname in the first place!
E.g. there's a boy called Elliot in my class, but everyone calls him Bob. That's because when we were in grade 2 or 3, we had a new substitute teacher for one of our lessons and we all gave her fake names for a laugh
Elliot told her his name was Bob, and she believed him for the entire time we were at that school, so it kind of just... stuck!

Wizadora: That's so funny because people in my year go by their surnames as well! Cobb goes by Cobby, Desmond goes by Des, etc. And there's a guy called Nick who goes by "Enkay" because the first and last letters of his name are NK...
Oh, and I forgot about a boy called Mark in my year, who goes by "Wigs". I don't even know why.
And a boy called Liam who gets called "Lenny" purely because there was already another Liam when he joined the school.
