So, I have standard picture stuff and Picasa. I love picasa but it doesn't do what i want...
well here's what i want it to do:
*say if i have a color picture and only want the persons RED shirt to show red-everything else b&w...how do i do that?
*or in Picasa i can do a 'soft focus' but it will be in a circle-type shape..i want something that lets me (for example) if someone's on stage i want the person to be clear (their whole body w/e) but everything else blurry...
my question is:
what other programs can do this?
are there any free programs?
i'm guessing you get my drift...anything along those lines would be incredibly appreciated!
